    FAQ

    • Which solar products are included in this initial portfolio?

The range covered here comprises DS-37W, DS-10oW and DS-20oW portable panels; PT-B-13W and PT-B-30W solarbackpacks; and PT-ZP-52W and PT-ZP-120W inflatable solar tents. This FAQ addresses the listed models only. Productrevisions, accessories and certificates must be matched to the exact model supplied.
    • Is the quoted wattage a guaranteed output at the campsite?

No. Panel wattages are nameplate ratings under Standard Test Conditions (STC: 1,000 W/m² irradiance, 25°C cell temperature and AM1.5 spectrum). Heat, clouds, shading, tilt, cabling and charging electronics reduce real output. DS panels list a power temperature coefficient of approximately -0.4% per °C above the reference cell temperature; this is a cell-temperature effect, not an outdoor-air-temperature forecast.
    • How should distributors position the 37W, 100W and 200W panels?

DS-37W is a lightweight USB-oriented accessory (approximately 860 g), suitable for topping up compatible small devices. DS-100W is a portable-power-station charging option (3.7 ± 0.4 kg); DS-200W offers more nominal solar power (6.0 ± 0.5 kg). The latter two have a nominal Vmp of 17.1 V, so suitability depends on the connected station’s solar input range and current limits, not the wattage label alone.
    • Can the 100W or 200W panels connect to any portable power station?

Not automatically. Confirm the station’s PV input voltage window, maximum open-circuit voltage (Voc), input current, maximum input power, connector polarity and charging algorithm. The panel datasheets list Voc of 20.4 V for both models and Imp of 5.85 A (100W) or 11.7 A (200W). Request a model-specific compatibility check or sample test before advertising plug-and-play use.
    • Does the four-connector cable mean four devices can charge at once?

No such simultaneous-output capability is established. DS-100W and DS-200W list a 2 m (±50 mm) output lead with XT60, Anderson, DC5521 and DC7909 connector options. Treat these as connector choices, not four independently regulated outputs. Confirm the supplied harness layout, polarity, current rating and chosen plug against the buyer’s equipment.
    • Can the 100W and 200W panels be wired in series or parallel?

Do not recommend combined wiring without an engineered electrical design. Series wiring raises open-circuit voltage;parallel wiring raises available current. Either arrangement can exceed the receiving device, cable or connector rating and may require appropriate protection. Obtain the exact final electrical test report, solar-input limits and approved wiring diagram before approving a multi-panel kit.
